Packing Up day

Packing and cleaning day.  Yuck.  It is so hot again today. The kids managed to squeak in a visit to the river behind the house before the "River Rat" teenagers came later in the day.
 
Rodger and I went to visit a lovely large winery behind the house and did a wine tasting while the kids relaxed at home watching the Olympics.  Went back in the pool later in the day to cool off.

As we are packing up I am full of mixed emotions... a bit sad about leaving this area, not sad about leaving France, wanting to go home right... but super excited about going to Holland!  Since the reality is Holland, I will focus on that.  We will be home soon enough and then we'll say "wish we could've stayed longer!"  Well, maybe not. :-)
